Local device data stays under device control

Support requests affect platform data that has been synced to the dashboard. Local-only cards, local backups, and data stored only on a device are controlled from that device.

The mobile app Sync screen shows the mobile account GUID. Use that value here so support can find the platform account and synced records.

Marketplace disputes, artwork questions, official-card submission questions, and public-content reports are routed into Admin review. Include card ids, auction/shop/trade ids, battle ids, or artwork submission ids when available.
