Use the mobile GUID from the app when you want dashboard access. Offline mobile play does not require it.

Dashboard Guide
A practical reference for linking the mobile app, browsing public collections, using marketplace features, reading battle results, and understanding privacy-forward platform behavior.
Quick start
Use the dashboard without losing local-first play
Public cards, sets, shops, auctions, and battles can be inspected before a linked session is used for actions.
Bids, buy-now, shop purchases, trades, and battle rewards are platform-authoritative once submitted.
Report public content or submit support requests when marketplace, artwork, official review, or account data needs Admin attention.

Mobile App High-Level Guide
The mobile app is the local-first collection engine: creating cards, scanning codes, viewing sets, battling offline, exporting backups, and choosing whether to sync.
- Guest/offline users can collect, scan, generate, organize, battle locally, export backups, read guides, and browse bundled official set goals.
- Basic synced users can link the dashboard, upload eligible cards, report synced cards, submit artwork, submit official requests, and use online battles or economy features.
- Admins do not moderate from the mobile app; moderation and official publication stay in protected dashboard tools.
mobile-low
Mobile App Low-Level Guide
Mobile card creation checks official unlock rules first, then normal generation creates a random/manual/scan creature when no official template is unlocked.
- First launch grants starter templates only; the 100-card First Field set is visible as a goal list rather than awarded all at once.
- Creature Detail explains stats, overlays, quality/wear, artwork recipe, artist credit, unlock notes, duplicates, Card History, artwork submission, official review, and reporting.
- Sync is optional. Tokens are stored securely when a user signs in, and failed uploads retry without blocking offline collection use.
- Backups and guides are shareable/downloadable without requiring dashboard access.

Dashboard High-Level Guide
The dashboard is the optional online layer for public browsing, synced ownership, marketplace actions, online battles, reports, support, official review, and admin moderation.
- Guest visitors can browse public data, guides, support/privacy pages, and official set tracking.
- Basic users link their mobile GUID and sign in before sensitive actions such as bidding, trading, shop purchases, reports, artwork submissions, official requests, and battle responses.
- Admins can review content, inspect support diagnostics, approve artwork, publish official cards, view reports, and audit platform actions.

Dashboard Low-Level Guide
Server-side ownership, wallet, auctions, shops, trades, online battles, reports, and official/moderation metadata are authoritative once a card is synced.
- Public views mask hidden, quarantined, or removed cards while admin/support routes preserve diagnostic payloads behind protected auth.
- The Official page tracks First Field release metadata, the first 100 templates, starter grants, rarity distribution, unlock rules, artists, and markdown export.
- Admin tools should hide, quarantine, restore, approve, publish, retire, or inspect platform records without mutating offline local collections.
- Support/deletion requests route through dashboard support and admin report queues.
first-field
First Field Official Set
First Field is the first 100-card official production set and the release-time model for future official sets.
- Every template has a stable slot, readable creature name, rarity tier, unlock rule, unlock explanation, artist credit, art family, and procedural art prompt.
- Unlock conditions are expandable and include manual prompt themes, QR/barcode scans, time windows, device traits, location opt-in, collection milestones, duplicates, quality, and future speed/weather signals.
- Starter grants are intentionally limited so collectors still chase the set after first launch.
- True global limited counts and one-of-one scarcity must be enforced by the platform after sync; local catalog data is an offline goal and reveal recipe.
linking
Account Linking
Dashboard linking starts with the GUID generated by the mobile app, then can be strengthened with email/password or Google authentication when configured.
- The GUID is a bridge to synced mobile data, not a requirement for offline collection play.
- Email/password sign-in stores dashboard access tokens in a protected cookie.
- Sensitive marketplace, wallet, trade, message, notification, and battle mutations should require authenticated tokens after production auth is fully verified.
- If a token expires, sign in again before trying economy actions.
collections
Public Collections And Sets
Synced public cards can be browsed by card, owner, set, rarity, source trait, official state, and marketplace readiness.
- Cards hidden, quarantined, or removed by moderation show safe placeholders instead of generated public text or artwork.
- Owner pages show public collections, battle records, and density controls for large inventories.
- Set pages highlight completion gaps, missing numbered slots, official badges, limited cards, and rarity summaries.
marketplace
Auctions, Shops, And Trades
Marketplace actions use server-side ownership, wallet, escrow, listing, and transfer rules.
- Auctions support bids, buy-now settlement, bid holds, refunds, and ownership history.
- Player shops handle fixed-price listings, purchases, and cancellations.
- Private trades use proposal and response flows so both sides can review card identity before transfer.
- Cards locked in active marketplace or transfer actions should not be eligible for conflicting actions.
artwork-official
Artwork And Official Review
Community artwork and official-card review are intentionally separate so player art can be reviewed without automatically becoming official.
- Owners can submit synced cards for artwork review or official review from card detail when they are signed in.
- Approved artwork can render publicly only after Admin review; pending, rejected, quarantined, and removed submissions stay restricted.
- Official submissions move through candidate, needs-changes, approved draft, published, rejected, or retired states.
- Only Admin can publish official status, assign set or release metadata, or retire official status.
battles
Battle Center
Dashboard battles extend the mobile three-card battle mode into proposed, accepted, awaiting confirmation, completed, declined, canceled, and expired states.
- Each side submits three eligible synced cards before the server simulates a deterministic result.
- Battle detail pages show team snapshots, health bars, move logs, rewards, cooldowns, and result summaries.
- Battle rewards and cooldowns are platform records and do not change offline-only mobile collections.
economy
Cache Economy
Cache is a virtual currency capped at one trillion per wallet.
- Starter grants, battle rewards, auction holds, refunds, sales, purchases, and transfers are tracked through ledger entries.
- The wallet ledger is support-readable by admins but should not be manually edited from normal dashboard pages.
- Users can continue collecting offline without a wallet until they choose to sync.
reports
Reports And Moderation
Linked users can report cards and future report surfaces can target users, messages, shops, auctions, trades, and battles.
- Reports feed admin queues for review, but do not automatically mutate offline mobile cards.
- Admins can hide, quarantine, remove, or restore public platform visibility while preserving audit history.
- Official status is admin-controlled and separate from community artwork approval.
- Use Support for account deletion, data deletion, appeals, marketplace disputes, artwork questions, and official-submission questions.
privacy
Privacy And Local-First Use
The mobile app remains useful without registration, validation, dashboard linking, or network access.
- The dashboard only shows card data that was synced from a device and allowed by visibility and moderation rules.
- Public dashboard actions may require authentication, but private offline generation, backup, and local battles do not.
- Cache is virtual game currency only and cannot be redeemed for real money.
- Use the Privacy page for the current local-first promise, data categories, account deletion path, and platform visibility rules.
